Thankfully, The Lighter Dark Project is a rather small production group. We have the 'Inner Circle' whom we have names 56 - consisting of The Director, Lead Animator, Head Technition, and Producer. Then we have the rest of the group - Animators, Concept Artists, Layout Designers, Thumbnailers, Storyboarders, Sculptors and Riggers.
The To Do List is somewhat abandoned by all but myself, only looked at during our meetings, but thankfully it means only I have to really be able to understand it, though some take interest and understand the general layout, adding their own notes and ideas
